Our Corporate Law practice has been one of the cornerstones of our practice
throughout our history. We represent several banks in DeKalb County on an
ongoing basis and others on an as needed basis. Our expertise in this area of
the law extends not only to the various issues that arise between banks and
their customers but we also counsel banks on their business and banking
practices and procedures. We regularly assist clients with the formation of
business entities such as corporations, general and limited partnerships,
limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships. We provide
counseling, negotiation and documentation in connection with the myriad of legal
issues that regularly confront ongoing businesses such as Employment Contracts,
Buy-Sell Agreements, LLC Operating Agreements and Non-Competition agreements,
Confidentiality Agreements, Agreements to buy or sell goods and/or services,
etc. From simply making sure all governmental forms are properly completed and
filed to assure business is in "good standing" to negotiating the sale and/or
purchase of the stock or assets of businesses of all sizes, we are equipped with
both the knowledge and the technological and legal ability to efficiently and
effectively handle the legal affairs of our business clients.
